No Stimulus, Stocks Lower

Stocks were sent lower as there is still no agreement on a fiscal stimulus bill from Washington D.C. COVID-19 cases continue to rise in the U.S. and Europe. Most have looked to jobless claims as a sign of economic recovery, so good news came when jobless claims reflected less than what was expected after weeks of 800,000+ claims.
